Ingredients
280 g chicken breast
170 g spinach
1 garlic head
300 ml milk
100 ml water
150 g Greek style yoghurt
280 g ready made falafels & pakoras
150 g mixed cooked meat
1 ½ tbsp flour
1 tsp cumin & rosemary
1 tbsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp chipotle powder
50 ml oil
Ground black pepper
Salt
Preparation
Finely chop spinach.
Finely chop garlic.
Dice the chicken and the cooked meat
Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic.
Add the chicken and cumin+rosemary.
Fry until the chicken is golden brown.
Add flour and mix quickly, making sure you avoid creating lumps.
Add the milk and yoghurt and cook for 10 minutes. Add 100 ml water and mix well.
Cook covered for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked mixed meat.
Add spinach and the rest of the spices.
Cook covered until the chicken is tender.
Add falafels and pakoras and cook for 5 minutes longer.
Tips
Add pepper and salt to taste. Instead of Greek style yoghurt, you can use sour cream.
