Did you ever wonder how you can make German schnitzel? Well, this smoked cooking bacon Schnitzel is the perfect recipe for you, extremely easy to make and so tasty.
How to make pork schnitzel recipe: INGREDIENTS: 7 slices cooking Smoked bacon 3 eggs 1 cup oil 1/2 cup flour DIRECTIONS: Heat up oil in a frying pan. Start making the batter. Crack the eggs in a deep bowl and whisk them. Add the flour in and mix well. Considering the bacon is smoked, you won't need any extra spices or ingredients in the batter or on the bacon slices. Take a bacon slice and run it through the batter and flip, making sure both sides are covered in batter. Repeat the same process with the rest of the slices. Add in the frying pan, on medium heat, and fry on both sides until they are golden brown on each side. If you think the batter is too thick, you could add 1 tbsp of sparkling water in the batter. The sparkling water will also help in making the schnitzels puffier. Bon Appétit!
