Ingredients:
Tomatoes
Pitted green olives
Snack cucumbers
Yellow bell pepper
1 onion
Directions:
Slice the tomatoes, the pitted green olives, the snack cucumbers and the onion. Add oil, salt
and pepper to taste and mix well.
TIP: It will keep fresh in the fridge if you cover it will aluminum foil.
