Ingredients
400 g chicken
2 small onions / 1 large
140 g Korma paste
100 ml water
1 aubergine / eggplant
300 ml milk
1 tin / 400 g chickpeas
1 potato
Salt
Preparation
Using a wok, heat up oil and saute the sliced onion.
Add the Korma paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the diced chicken, water, mix and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the diced aubergine.
Cook on low heat, covered, for 5 minutes.
Add the diced potato, chickpeas and the milk.
Cook on low heat, covered, until everything’s cooked.
Add salt if needed.
Garnish with coriander (optional)
