Ingredients
2 slices ancient grains loaf
2 slices Gouda cheese
1 tbsp butter
Oregano
Preparation
Butter the bread slices (leave a bit of butter aside)
Add the Gouda slices.
Sprinkle oregano on the cheese and bottom slice.
Add the top slice over and sandwich them.
On low heat, warm up a dry frying pan. Don’t use any oil!
Butter the bread slices on the outside as well and add the sandwich in the pan.
Fry on both sides, allowing the cheese to melt.
They are done when they are golden in colour.
