Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup mixed fruits
1 cup rhubarb yoghurt
1 cup milk
1 tbsp honey
Preparation
In a jar/container layer the ingredients.
Start with the oats first, add mixed fruits, rhubarb yoghurt, honey.
Pour milk to cover the ingredients on the bottom.
Repeat with the next layers.
Keep in the fridge overnight and serve cold in the morning!
Tips
You can add different yoghurt flavour and different fruits. I used frozen fruits, which are just as good!
