Do you have some classic cornflakes which are at the bottom of your drawer and you seemed to
have forgotten about them? Well, why not make breadcrumbs with them instead? They taste
delicious and they are really crispy!
How to make seasoned cornflakes breadcrumbs?
INGREDIENTS:
300 g unflavoured cornflakes
Salt
Polish crispy fried chicken seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
Blitz in a blender the cornflakes. Add seasoning and salt. Taste to see if it
needs anymore salt. If it doesn't, then it's done.
TIP: You can use these breadcrumbs as you would normally use any other. The cornflakes
breadcrumb add much more crunchiness than traditional breadcrumbs.
