Ingredients
7 slices of bread - Makes 200 g breadcrumbs
Preparation
This recipe makes 200 grams of breadcrumbs!
Dry the slices of bread overnight.
Using a food processor, blitz the ripped bread, as fine as you’d like to have the finished breadcrumbs.
Transfer onto a plate and dry the breadcrumbs for at least 24 hours.
After they are dried, if you need them to be finer, you can blitz them again.
Store the finished breadcrumbs in a sealed container, in a dry place.
Tips
If the bread is already dried up, you don’t need to dry it overnight before blitzing.
You can use any flavouring/spices you want for the breadcrumbs. Just make sure you add any spices when you blitz the bread.
