Ingredients
400 g cauliflower and broccoli
160 g mangetout beans
1 onion
1 cup tomato passata
1 garlic head
4 carrots
⅓ cup oil
½ cup water - if needed
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp Polish chicken seasoning
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
Salt
Preparation
Dice the onion, slice garlic and carrots.
De-string the mange-tout beans, if necessary.
In a wok, heat up oil, and on low heat, add the onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the carrots and fry for further 2 minutes.
Add garlic and fry for 1 minute.
Add the cauliflower the passata and the water, if needed.
Cook for 5 minutes, covered.
Add the mangetout, broccoli, oregano, chilli flakes, Polish chicken seasoning, all purpose seasoning and salt to taste.
Cook on low, covered, for 5 minutes, or until everything is cooked.
