Ingredients
200 g smoked Basa fillet
7 potatoes
1 onion
100 g green olives
100 g mayonnaise
Salt
Ground black pepper
Preparation
Add oil in a baking dish and bake the Basa fillet in the oven, for 10 minutes.
Peel potatoes and cut them in squares.
Pour hot water over the potatoes and a pinch of salt and boil them.
Slice the onion and olives and set aside.
After the fish is ready, slice it or cube it.
When the potatoes are boiled, drain them and cool them down.
In a large bowl, add the potatoes, onion, fish, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and incorporate everything.
Cool down in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
Serve cold!
Tips
You can also use black olives instead of green olives.
