Ingredients
360 g white bread
1 tbsp Italian garlic seasoning
1 tbsp basil
50 ml oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
Dice the bread.
In a bowl, add the bread, drizzle a bit of oil and add the rest of the ingredients.
Give it a good toss, to make sure the bread cubes are covered in oil and the rest of the ingredients.
In a lined baking tray, transfer the croutons over and bake at 180℃, until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
Cool the croutons down and use them whenever you need to.
