INGREDIENTS:
1 kg chicken wings
35 g scoth bonnet wing roulette seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
Sprinkle the scotch bonnet seasoning over the chicken wings and mix properly to make sure they
are evenly covered. Marinate for minimum 1 hour. Add them in an oiled oven dish and bake at
180 degrees C for a total of 1 hour, or until the wings are golden brown.
Half way through, flip them on the other side and place them back in the oven until they are
fully cooked.
