Creamy Fresh Lettuce Salad
INGREDIENTS:
2 lettuces
200 g greek style yoghurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
Ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Wash the lettuce and remove the leaves. Chop it as finely as you like, but not too fine, as it
will turn to mush.
In a deep bowl, add the lettuce, the yoghurt, mayonnaise, all purpose seasoning, salt and
ground black pepper and mix well to make sure you incorporate the yoghurt. Taste if it needs
any salt or pepper and refrigerate.
TIP: Best served cold from the fridge!
