CLEAR CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium onion or half large onion
2 carrots
100g chicken breast
1 pack of chicken noodles
Salt
Vegetable seasoning
Drizzle of oil
Parsley
DIRECTIONS:
If you are using medium onion, cut in half. Slice the carrots and cube the chicken breast.
Add hot water to a deep pot on medium heat and add in the onion, carrots,chicken breast, oil
and bring to boil. It takes around 30 minutes, or when the carrots and chicken are cooked.
Season with salt and vegetable seasoning to taste.
Cook the noodles as per pack instructions. Add soup on noodles and garnish with parsley.
